The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the frequency and location of certain meetings required by a prescriptive authority agreement.

The Department of Public Safety, Board of Pharmacy, Texas Board of Nursing, and Texas Medical Board indicate they could absorb the costs associated with the bill within current resources.
