No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to medical causation narrative reports created under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act.

Based on information provided by the State Office of Risk Management, this analysis assumes any additional work associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed by the agency using existing resources.

The bill would take effect on September 1, 2017.
