No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the supervision of pharmacist-interns, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy technician trainees by a pharmacist and the adoption of rules by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).

TSBP anticipates any additional work resulting from the passage of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
