HB2509 by Parker (relating to the eligibility of certain victims of trafficking of persons for an order of nondisclosure.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to expand the availability of orders of non-disclosure to victims of human trafficking.  Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration and the Department of Public Safety, the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
