HB3090 by Cyrier (Relating to the enforcement of laws prohibiting outdoor burning of waste and combustible material.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to authorize peace officers to enforce laws prohibiting the outdoor burning of waste and combustible material.  It is assumed any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

The bill would take effect September1, 2017.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
