No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to the regulation and inspection of boilers.

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Commission on Fire Protection, and Department of Insurance indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
