The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the imposition of an administrative penalty for certain violations of the law regulating plumbing.
Based on the analysis of the Board of Plumbing Examiners and the State Office of Administrative Hearings, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
