No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the membership of the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.

The Board of Plumbing Examiners indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources. Based on the analysis of the Office of the Governor, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
