HB3472 by Schaefer (Relating to the issuance of school district teaching permits to authorize individuals to teach certain classes.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would expand the types of courses eligible to be taught with a school district teaching permit without commissioner of education review.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2017, or immediately if passed with the necessary voting margins.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
