No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow permitted landowners to hunt depredating feral hogs and coyotes from a hot air balloon. The bill would require the Parks and Wildlife Commission to adopt any necessary rules related to the provisions of the bill.
Based upon information provided by the Parks and Wildlife Department, this analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
