No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill relates to the common application forms for institutions of higher education. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, the Texas Education Agency, and the Higher Education Coordinating Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
