No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to add a provision which would allow the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to impose an administrative sanction against a permit or license holder under certain circumstances. It is assumed the costs to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
