HB3690 by Metcalf (Relating to the Texas Crime Stoppers Council.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend various codes relating to the Texas Crime Stoppers Council. The bill would effect certain requirements for the designation of a director. The bill would make certain changes to the statewide crime reporting systems. The Office of the Governor indicates that any costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
