No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to delete the requirement that an applicant for a liquefied petroleum gas license must, in addition to other requirements, complete a technical examination or attend continuing education courses. Based on the analysis of the Railroad Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished with existing resources.
