The bill relates to the dissemination of information about historically underutilized businesses and the expansion of the small business development center network. Based on the analysis provided by the Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Comptroller's Office, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
