The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to provide a definition for "structure or facility" on state-owned land for Chapter 51, Subchapter G, Easements. Based on the analysis of the General Land Office, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished using existing resources.
