No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code relating to student loan repayment assistance for certain mental health professionals. Based on information provided by the Higher Education Coordinating Board and institutions of higher education, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
