IN RE:	HB3927 by Schaefer (Relating to requiring an economic development corporation to file with the comptroller a report regarding bonds issued by the corporation.), As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code requiring economic development corporations to submit a report to the Comptroller relating to any bonds issued by the corporation.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

Local Government Impact

According to the Texas Municipal League, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
