The bill relates to the regulation of certain degree-granting postsecondary educational institutions by the Higher Education Coordinating Board. Based on the analysis provided by the Higher Education Coordinating Board, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
