No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Human Resources Code establishing the 32nd Judicial District Juvenile Board composed of Fischer, Mitchell, and Nolan Counties.

The bill would repeal Section 152.0821 (c)-(g), Section 152.1741 (c)-(g), and Section 152.1831(f) of the Human Resources Code.  The bill would take effect October 1, 2017.

The Office of Court Administration anticipates no significant fiscal impact on the state or local court systems from the bill.  

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
