No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Special District Local Laws Code allowing the Aliana Management District to compensate each director for necessary and reasonable expenses in an amount not to exceed $150 for each board meeting. The total amount of compensation for each director in one year may not exceed $7,200.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
