No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would dissolve the Central Colorado River Authority (CCRA). According to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the agency's databases and records would need to be updated to reflect the dissolution. However, no significant fiscal implications are anticipated. 

Local Government Impact

The bill would require CCRA and Coleman County to enter into a memorandum of understanding that governs the transfer of certain assets to the County. According to Coleman County, no significant fiscal implication to the County is anticipated.
