No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code allowing the Tarrant County Hospital District to participate in a health care provider participation program. The authority of the district to administer and operate this program expires December 31, 2019.
The Health and Human Services Commission assumes any cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill can be absorbed within existing resources.
