No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Business & Commerce Code prohibiting municipalities from adopting or enforcing an ordinance or regulation that prohibits a business from providing a customer at the point of sale a bag or container made from any material.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
