No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 531.951(a) of the Government Code to add certain provider types for which health and human services agencies must maintain information about adverse licensing, listing, or registration actions for a period of ten years. The bill would take effect September 1, 2017. The Health and Human Services Commission indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.
