The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of the practice of dental hygiene.
Based on the LBB's analysis of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
