No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends various statutes including the Government, Local Government, Family, and Occupations Codes to abolish certain advisory committees and other entities created to assist or advise state agencies or officers. According to the Office of the Attorney General, removal of the Residential Mortgage Fraud Task Force and the Information Resources Steering Committee would reduce work for the agency, however, the fiscal impact would be negligible.
