The bill would amend Chapter 157, Acts of the 74th Legislature, Regular Session, that created the Hemphill County Underwater Conservation District, with conforming changes such as changing the election date of the board of directors to the uniform election date.
The bill repeals Chapter 157, Acts of the 74th Legislature, Regular Session, Section 6(b), Section 6(c), Section 7, Section 8, and Section 10.
