No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend a provision of the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to Parks and Wildlife Commission rulemaking authority.  The bill would allow the Commission by rule to modify or eliminate statutory requirements and definitions relating to possession and transportation of legally harvested animal carcasses, the final destination of such carcasses, and the final processing of birds, in addition to current law that allows the Commission by rule to modify or eliminate statutory requirements related to the tagging of legally harvested animals.
