No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 19 Acts of the 55th Legislature changing the election date for the Panhandle Groundwater Conservation District directors to the uniform election date in May each odd-numbered year.
The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
