SB952 by Hancock (Relating to enforcement of a lien on property in a self-service storage facility by a sale conducted through an Internet website.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Property Code allowing the enforcement of a lien on property in a self-storage facility to be at the physical address or the self-storage facility or through an internet website accessible to the public.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2017. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
