No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Special District Local Laws adding the Wood Trace Municipal Utility District No.3 of Montgomery County. The district would have authority for road projects including the issuance of bonds.
The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a two-thirds vote in each house; otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

According to Montgomery County no fiscal impact is anticipated from the provisions of the bill.
