No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 36 of the Water Code relating to the required information for a permit or permit amendment application.

Local Government Impact

According to the Goliad, Central Texas, and Rio Grand Water Conservation Districts no significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
