No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code related to limitations on sale of beer and ale by certain entities for off-premises consumption. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and Comptroller of Public Accounts indicate the bill would have no significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
