No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Education Code relating to eligibility requirements for the repayment of certain physician education loans. Based on information provided by the Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Health and Human Services Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
