No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would modify the Government Code as it relates to a child safety zone for certain persons released on parole or mandatory supervision. The Board of Pardons and Paroles anticipates any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be reasonably absorbed within current resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
