No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require each public institution of higher education to develop and implement a strategic plan for the prevention of sexual assault and unplanned pregnancy. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
