SB2110 by Menéndez (Relating to the composition of the Port Authority Advisory Committee.), As Engrossed
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Transportation Code to expand the composition of the Port Authority Advisory Committee by adding a member who represents an inland port.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, any additional duties and responsibilities required could be accomplished using existing agency resources.
