No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to judicial review of certain regulations that apply to state licensees.
The Secretary of State and Office of Court Administration assume any additional work associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
The bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house or on September 1, 2017.

According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact on local courts is anticipated.
