Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2017, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 7:32 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Bonnen, Greg; Muñoz, Jr.; Roberts; Sheffield; and Wu.

A quorum was present.
