Pursuant to a notice posted on February 16, 2017, and permission granted on February 23, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 7:35 a.m.
