Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2018, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 10:05 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Bonnen, Greg; and Sheffield.  Representative Howard was also in attendance.
