Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2018, revised on February 27, 2018, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Sarah, at 10:04 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Bonnen, Greg; Sheffield; and Wu.

A quorum was present.

The Chair laid out the following charge: charge 11, related to monitoring potential changes to healthcare at the federal level and exploring opportunities for flexibility in the Medicaid program.
