Pursuant to a notice posted on August 23, 2018, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ashby, at 9:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Ashby; Giddings; González, Mary; Howard; Koop; Raney; and VanDeaver.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The committee heard testimony on Interim Charge 14 regarding E-Rate. (See attached witness list.)

 

The committee heard testimony on Interim Charge 13 regarding TRS-Care. (See attached witness list.)

 

At 11:41 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
