Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 1, 2017, and permission granted on May 1, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 3:02 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; González, Mary; Anderson, Charles "Doc"; Burrows; and Rinaldi.

The chair laid out SB 319, the companion to HB 2967.

The chair moved that SB 319, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           Representative Rinaldi (1).

The chair moved that HB 3663, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
