Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2017, revised 2 times on March 28, 2017, and permission granted on March 29, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 3:04 p.m.
