Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 18, 2017, and permission granted on April 18, 2017, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 11:21 a.m.
