Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2017, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 1:18 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Springer; Biedermann; Hunter; Neave; Roberts; Stickland; Thierry; and Uresti, Tomas.

A quorum was present.

The committee met for organizational purposes and to hear invited testimony from entities under the committee’s purview.

At 4:39 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
