Pursuant to a notice posted on May 10, 2017, revised on May 12, 2017, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 15, 2017, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Moody, at 5:59 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Moody; Canales; Gervin-Hawkins; Hefner; Lang; and Wilson.
