Pursuant to a notice posted on September 5, 2018, revised on September 13, 2018, the House Committee on Cybersecurity, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 1:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Blanco; Dale; Dean; and Minjarez.

 

A quorum was present.
